Abacus
The standard abacus can be used to perform addition, subtraction, division and multiplication; the abacus can also be used to extract square-roots and cubic roots. The beads are manipulated with either the index finger or the thumb of one hand. The right age to start the Abacus training is six years. The earlier you start training, the better. This course is open for the kids from 6 to 14 years of age. This is because the right development of the brain takes place in this age duration
Vedic Mathematics
Vedic Mathematics is a collection of Techniques/Sutras to solve mathematical arithmetics in easy and faster way. It consists of 16 Sutras (Formulae) and 13 sub sutras (Sub Formulae) which can be used for problems involved in arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, conics.
Benefits of Vedic Math is a delightful learning for children and adults. It helps in developing Math interest in children and helps them to improve accuracy, speed, and sharpen focus and mental faculties. It enables the children to adopt creative math problem solving strategies.
Calligraphy
Calligraphy is the act of writing letters with relatively simple strokes, looking for a rhythm. When writing calligraphy, we can see the direct movement of our hand and the shape of the tool we are using, through observing the letterforms.
In addition, calligraphy can serve as the basis for creating new fonts and through the
study of negative and positive spaces, balance, composition, rhythm and expression of
the line it becomes an art form.
